Do I need a paid Claude subscription too?
No. Lorzi works with any Claude account, including free. Your Lorzi subscription is separate from your Claude plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the app at any time. You'll keep Pro access through the end of your billing period.
What happens to my files if I cancel Pro?
Nothing — your files stay exactly where they are. You keep full access to the free tier features. You just lose the ability to have Claude read PDFs, DOCX files, and images.
Is there a refund policy?
Monthly plans have a 7-day refund window. Annual plans have a 3-month refund window on the initial purchase and 30 days on renewals.
