Sound familiar?
You paste, AI edits, and... what changed?
You send a document to AI, ask it to improve something, and get back a wall of text. Now you're re-reading the whole thing, hunting for what it actually touched.
Every conversation starts from zero.
Your AI doesn't remember last week's decisions. You spend the first ten minutes re-explaining your project before you can do any real work.
You're the bottleneck, not the AI.
The AI is fast. But you're the one copy-pasting, comparing versions, and context-switching between chat windows and documents. The overhead eats the speed.
Here's what it looks like.
Lorzi connects to Claude Desktop and gives you a simple workflow:
Ask Claude for help with a document
Describe what you want in Claude Desktop. Claude sees every file in your project.
Claude proposes changes
Claude explains what it did and why, right in conversation.
See exactly what changed
Lorzi highlights every addition, removal, and edit — down to the word.
Accept, reject, or revise
One click to apply. Or tell Claude to try a different approach.
Claude explains the why. Lorzi shows the what. Both at once.
Built different, on purpose.
Most AI tools bolt a sidebar onto workflows designed before AI existed. Lorzi started from a different question: what would a document workspace look like if AI was a native participant in your thinking?
That question led to a different kind of product:
Your documents become shared working memory.
They're not just deliverables — they're the medium you and your AI think through together. Context accumulates across sessions instead of evaporating after every conversation.
Review exists because that's how collaboration works.
One mind proposes, the other evaluates. It's not a safety feature bolted on — it's how peers develop ideas together.
Two windows, because each participant needs their own.
Claude's conversation stays in Claude. Your documents stay in Lorzi. You see the explanation and the exact changes simultaneously — no scrolling between them.
Think Together.
Why Lorzi?
Nothing changes without your say.
Every AI edit appears as a visual diff before it touches your files. Full version history with one-click restore. No "backup first" warnings.
Your AI, your relationship.
Lorzi connects to your existing Claude — the one that already knows your style, your preferences, your projects. No starting over with a stranger AI. Works with any Claude account, including free.
AI that sees the whole picture.
Your Claude sees every file in your project. Ask questions that span documents. Get multi-file changes as a single reviewable proposal. Stop copy-pasting context between windows.
FAQ
What AI does it work with?
Claude by Anthropic, through the Claude Desktop app. If you haven't used Claude yet, you can download it free at claude.ai. More AI providers coming.
Do I need a paid Claude subscription?
No. Lorzi works with any Claude account, including free. Free accounts may hit message limits during longer sessions, but everything works the same.
Is my data sent anywhere?
No. Your files stay on your machine. Lorzi connects your local documents to your local Claude Desktop app. Nothing is sent to Lorzi's servers.
What file types are supported?
Lorzi currently works with markdown files — a simple, portable format that works great for both you and AI. Support for PDF, Word documents, and more is coming soon.
How is this different from Claude's Cowork?
Cowork gives Claude direct write access to your files — that's why it warns you to keep separate backups. Lorzi adds a review step: you see exactly what will change, down to the word, before anything is written. And it works with any Claude plan, not just Max.
