We are a privacy-focused company. We collect only what is essential to provide the Service, we never sell your data, and we delete your information when you ask us to.

Note: Payment information (credit card numbers, billing addresses) is processed and stored by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full payment details on our servers. We receive only a token and the last four digits of your card for display purposes.

Information We Do NOT Collect

• Your files and documents: Lorzi operates locally on your device. We cannot see, access, or store your markdown files, PDFs, or any other documents.
• AI conversation content: When you use Lorzi with third-party AI services (like Claude), those conversations go directly between your device and the AI provider using your own API credentials. We do not intercept, log, or store this content.
• Browsing history or location data

Automatically Collected Information

The Service may automatically collect limited technical information:

We do not automatically collect error data. If you encounter a bug, you may choose to submit a bug report through the app. Any error reports you submit may include technical information (such as stack traces or app state) but will not include your files or personal content. You are always in control of what you share.

Opt-In Analytics

If you choose to enable analytics in Settings, we may collect anonymized information such as:

• Which features you use most frequently
• How long you use the application
• General workflow patterns

This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you personally. Analytics are disabled by default and require your explicit consent to enable.
